How to create my account?

Click on the button Connexion located in top right side. Fill in your email in the appropriate space and follow the registration steps. A confirmation email registration will be directly sent to you.

Why create an account?

Some datas are mandatories for the order process: delivery address, email, mobile phone to inform you of the delivery. Your personal datas are only used by BE ONLY for commercial purposes. In no cases, they will be rent, yield, shared or sold to a third part.

What are my account’s features?

Your account allows you to:

- Follow your order statement: from its preparation in our warehouse to its shippement

- Follow each step of the delivery

- Print your invoice

- Manage and modify your personal datas

- Manage your returns

- Manage and memorize your delivery addresses

- Manage your favorites

I wish to modify or delete my personal datas ?

To modify your personal datas : open your account under the “my personal datas”. To delete your account, you have to contact us through the contact form located in bottom right side(contact form)

How to order ?

Nothing is easier. Navigate on the different topics of the be-only site. Choose an article and click on the button “add to basket”. Follow the different steps. If you meet any worries, contact our customer service at : +33 (0)2 41 63 78 98

What are your products availabilities?

All the product offered on the be-only.com site are available to be sold either online or in shops to offer a prompt delivery and optimum service. If an article is no longer available on the online shop, the button “add to basket will not be visible and the sentence “this product is no longer in stock with this option but remains available with others options”.

You can also see the number of pairs left in real time.

I have a discount voucher. How to use it ?

When a validate discount voucher is available, you enter it at the basket page in the space dedicated to it then click on « OK »

What are the payment means available on be-only.com ?

You can complete your purchase on be-only.com by bank cards :

www.be-only-com guarantees your online purchase thanks to the universal crypt SSL associated to the CIC payment technology. Your confidential datas relating to your purchase are safely transmitted by a coded way. From the order confirmation, a confirmation email will be send accompanied by an invoice.

What are the delivery means on be-only.com ?

Deliveries are handled by La Poste.Be-only.com offers 3 differents ways :

- Standard delivery with signed receipt

- Delivery in a business close from you

- Delivery in post office.

What is the delivery term ?

- Standard delivery: 2 to 5 working days (General notice delay = 3 days)

- Standard delivery in a close business or post office: 2 to 5 working days.
